LoadKaro lets you delete your account directly in our mobile apps. This page explains how to delete your account, what happens to your data, and how to request help if you cannot access the app.
You can permanently delete your account from any LoadKaro app where you are signed in:

Deletion is processed on our servers as soon as you confirm. You will be signed out and will need to register again if you wish to use LoadKaro in the future.

We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including records related to completed or disputed trips and orders, payments or wallet activity, verification documents, fraud prevention, taxation, regulatory compliance, backups, and enforcement of our agreements. If you cannot sign in or use the delete button in the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us. Include the mobile number registered on your LoadKaro account and the app you use (Shipper, Driver, or Adda).
We will verify your identity before processing the request. Manual requests are usually handled within a reasonable timeframe; active trips or orders may need to be resolved first, consistent with the restrictions above.
