Delete Your LoadKaro Account

LoadKaro lets you delete your account directly in our mobile apps. This page explains how to delete your account, what happens to your data, and how to request help if you cannot access the app.

Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your account from any LoadKaro app where you are signed in:

  • Shipper App — for individual shippers, traders, and manufacturers who post loads.
  • Driver App — for verified drivers who accept and complete trips.
  • Adda App — for adda owners and fleet operators who manage drivers and vehicles.

Steps:

  1. Open the LoadKaro app you use (Shipper, Driver, or Adda).
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account will be deleted immediately when deletion is allowed.

Deletion is processed on our servers as soon as you confirm. You will be signed out and will need to register again if you wish to use LoadKaro in the future.

When deletion may be delayed

For safety and operational reasons, account deletion is not available while you have:

  • An active trip as a driver,
  • An active order as a shipper, or
  • An allocated load on an ongoing order (for example, as an adda owner).

Complete or cancel the active trip or order, then use Delete account again in the app.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account through the app, we typically:

  • Remove your ability to sign in and use LoadKaro with that account.
  • Revoke active app sessions and API tokens tied to your account.
  • Soft-delete your user profile so it is no longer available for normal platform use.

What data we may keep

We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including records related to completed or disputed trips and orders, payments or wallet activity, verification documents, fraud prevention, taxation, regulatory compliance, backups, and enforcement of our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and obligation. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot sign in or use the delete button in the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us. Include the mobile number registered on your LoadKaro account and the app you use (Shipper, Driver, or Adda).

We will verify your identity before processing the request. Manual requests are usually handled within a reasonable timeframe; active trips or orders may need to be resolved first, consistent with the restrictions above.
