LoadKaro operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent transportation service providers and customers requiring transportation of goods.

For clarity and certainty, LoadKaro:

• Does not own or operate vehicles
• Does not employ drivers
• Does not provide transportation services
• Does not act as a logistics carrier

All transportation services are performed by independent drivers and truck owners, through LOAD-DOST.

A Load Dost is an authorized onboarding and facilitation representative associated with the LoadKaro ecosystem, who acts as a local intermediary who assists truck drivers and truck owners in registering and operating on the LoadKaro platform.

Load Dost representatives primarily assist with:

• Driver and vehicle onboarding
• Verification of documents
• App installation and usage guidance
• Operational support and coordination

Load Dost may operate locally and may maintain their own office or support staff to assist drivers and truck owners.

Load Dost representatives may:

• i. Onboard Drivers and Truck Owners: Facilitate the registration of drivers and vehicles onto the LoadKaro platform after proper document verification.
• ii. Provide Local Support: Assist drivers with application usage, operational communication, and onboarding support.
• iii. Receive Referral Incentives: Earn referral rewards or commission (where applicable) based on successful onboarding and operational participation of drivers on the platform.

Load Dost must:

• i. Conduct basic verification of documents including:
  • CNIC
  • Driver’s License
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Vehicle fitness and compliance documents
• ii. Ensure authentic onboarding and avoid submission of false or misleading documentation.
• iii. Provide guidance to drivers regarding:
  • App installation
  • Platform usage
  • Operational procedures
• iv. Maintain ethical conduct and avoid fraudulent or negligent onboarding.

Truck Drivers and Truck Owners register on the LoadKaro platform as independent transportation service providers offering logistics and transport services to shippers.

Drivers operate the vehicles while truck owners (who may also act as drivers) ensure the vehicle remains compliant and roadworthy.

Truck Drivers and Truck Owners have the right to:

• i. Earn Payment: Receive agreed transportation charges for completed deliveries.
• ii. Access Platform Tools: Use the LoadKaro platform to receive load information, track assignments, and coordinate deliveries.
• iii. Operate Independently: Manage their own vehicles, routes, and operational activities.
• iv. Seek Support: Receive assistance from Load Dost representatives for onboarding and operational coordination.

Drivers and truck owners must:

• i. Maintain valid and lawful documentation including:
  • CNIC
  • Driving License
  • Vehicle Registration Certificate
  • Vehicle Fitness Certificate
• ii. Ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant.
• iii. Follow all traffic laws and transport regulations.
• iv. Complete deliveries safely and within agreed timelines.
• v. Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and operation.
• vi. Accept full responsibility for:
  • accidents
  • cargo handling
  • loss or damage to goods
  • operational misconduct

A Shipper is any individual or business using the LoadKaro platform to arrange transportation of goods. Shippers post shipment requests, specify delivery requirements, and coordinate with drivers and truck owners to complete transportation services.

Shippers have the right to:

• i. Request Transportation Services: Post shipment requirements and connect with available drivers and truck owners.
• ii. Track Deliveries: Monitor delivery status via the platform or by communicating directly with the assigned driver.
• iii. Support & Coordination: Receive assistance from LoadKaro support services for scheduling, coordination, and general platform guidance.
• iv. Transparent Charges: Receive clear information regarding delivery charges and applicable platform commissions.

Shippers must:

• i. Provide Accurate Shipment Details, including:
  • type of goods
  • weight and dimensions
  • pickup and drop-off locations
  • special handling requirements
• ii. Ensure Timely Payment: Pay agreed transportation charges to the driver or truck owner.
• iii. Legal Compliance: Ensure goods comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including restrictions on hazardous or prohibited materials.
• iv. Coordinate Deliveries: Cooperate with drivers and Load Dost representatives to facilitate smooth pickup and delivery.
• v. Accountability: Remain responsible for any loss, delay, or dispute arising from:
  • inaccurate shipment details
  • misdeclaration of goods
  • incomplete instructions
